SETUP – MULTIPLE PRODUCTS SCREEN

This screen is reached by selecting Multiple Products from
the Setup Menu. The screen is used to
update fields for a range of products highlighted in the list.
Fields
- User Category Fields.
- These are used as
filters for selecting products to display.
Buttons
- Product Details.
- Brings up the Search Products screen so that
the product information can be viewed or edited.
- Make Active.
- Changes the highlighted products that are Inactive (indicated by an On Hand level of *Inactive*) to Active.
- Make Inactive.
- Changes the highlighted products that are Active (indicated by an On Hand level that is not *Inactive*) and not slotted to Inactive.
List
- On hand.
- Displays current inventory level for the product. If this is set to *Inactive* then the product is inactive. Use the Make Active Button to be able to use the product for orders, asns, and inventory.
- SN Required
- Determines if a serial # must be scanned in the RF functions for this product.
- Y - Scan 1 Serial Number for the product
- 2 - Scan 2 Serial Numbers for the product
- N - Do not scan serial numbers for the product
- If this field is not set to one of the above values, it will be treated as a Y
